gentle yoga & Yoga Nidra bundle
move from stressed to refreshed with Sunflower Yoga
Are you feeling tired and wired?
You are rushing from task to task, your head is spinning managing your kid’s activities, the list of chores is growing and you have deadlines to meet at work. You cannot remember the last time you had a full night’s sleep.
Do you need help slowing down before you are forced to take a breakthrough illness or exhaustion?
We live in a fast-paced world where doing overshadows being. Resting is too often portrayed as “being lazy” or “wasting time”. But what if resting was the most productive thing you could do today?
Introducing our Stressed to Refreshed Gentle Yoga Bundle
Here at Sunflower Yoga, we love to flow with the rhythms of nature to help deepen our connection to ourselves and the natural world around us. Our Stressed to Refreshed Gentle Yoga Class Bundle moves with the energies of the Lunar Cycle.
We are cyclical beings; our energy ebbs and flows like the tides. The tides influence not only the moon’s journey but also the subtle energies within our bodies. Yet we push on, expecting to have the same high levels of energy all the time. This is not realistic and just not possible.
The Moon transitions through different phases every 29.5 days. Synchronizing your yoga practice with these phases will help you add variety while aligning with your natural energy levels, which vary throughout the month.
What’s Included:

Sunflower Yoga
Sunflower Yoga was born after I hit breaking point in 2019. My stress and anxiety levels were getting out of control, and I knew something had to change. I decided to give yoga a try. I didn’t have the time, energy, or confidence to attend a regular yoga class, so I began by doing online videos at home.
It took discipline and perseverance, but over time, I was able to see and feel the benefits of regular yoga practice for both my body and mind.
The results were amazing. I was calmer with the kids, I started to make better food choices, my sleep improved and my body began to move more freely again.
This led me on a journey to find out why yoga had helped me reduce my stress levels so much. I have now completed over 370-Hours of Yoga Training, hold regular classes, and post videos to my YouTube Channel Sunflower Yoga.
I’m here to show you the benefits of yoga and how you can move from stressed to refreshed just like I did.
What is Gentle Yoga?
Our signature style of yoga here at Sunflower Yoga is Gentle Yoga. But what is Gentle Yoga? It’s about slowing everything down, connecting with your breath, moving mindfully, and listening to your body for guidance.
It’s an invitation for you to move gently on your yoga mat and to be gentle with yourself.
During each class :
- We practice breath awareness to help you step away from the busyness of your day and become more present in your practice.
- We take time to warm up our joints and muscles to support and protect the body
- We move slowly and mindfully through our practice to send soothing signals to the nervous system
- We take our time in Savasana.
My teaching style:
I provide clear instructions and benefits for each pose
I use language to empower you to help you build confidence in your practice
I build in moments for you to pause and check in with yourself
I offer different options to help guide you to the level of practice that is going to bring you the most benefits.
I’m available before and after class for support and guidance.
Yoga Nidra for Deep Rest
Many of us know the benefits of meditation, yet we have tried and failed to get into a regular rhythm with it. Sitting in stillness is hard.
But what if I told you that you can enjoy the benefits of meditation with little to no effort?
Introducing the power of rest using Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra is a gentler way to meditate lying down in a really comfortable, warm and cosy space.
Instead of asking you to find stillness, it offers a series of invitations to watch your breath, take a detailed body scan, enter a beautiful visualisation, and then return to your body.
You don’t have to stay still, close your eyes, or sit up straight.
You can find your comfortable position, and all you have to do is lay back and rest.
Meditation and Journalling
Adding a few minutes of journaling to your day can also help to reduce stress and anxiety as well as:
- Helps to break the cycle of unhelpful thoughts.
- Encourages awareness of what is going on physically and mentally.
- Helps to process and regulate emotions.
- Can boost mood and feelings of well-being.
How to Get Started:
- Reflect on how your day has gone or what is coming up for you that day.
- Note and track your energy levels, emotions sleep, nutrition, activities,
- Things that you are grateful for.
- Record of achievement or significant events.
Get started with your Journalling practice with our FREE Bonus 30-Day Fillable Journal for you to print out and keep.
I have included short meditations in this bundle which are ideal to listen to before your journal practice. These also align with the phases of the lunar cycle to help guide you toward realising your goals and intentions.
