Introducing “The Moon’s Journey” by Sunflower Yoga. A weekly pre-recorded Yoga & Meditation Practice to help you carve out time and space to deepen your connection to the lunar cycle and provide direction for your goals and intentions for 2025.
Date: First Cycle begins Sunday 29th December 2024 and runs for 4 weeks.

A 20 minute pre-recorded practice filled with soothing breathwork, gentle movement and Yoga Nidra Meditation all themed with the week’s Lunar Phase.

My Journey
I used to find Sunday nights such a struggle. I’d be lying awake with my mind racing, filling it with to-do lists and stressing over what I forgot to do that day, instead of focusing on getting enough rest to help me navigate the week ahead. Is this you now?
We are know the importance of rest and finding time to nourish ourselves so that we can carry on with all of our other supportive roles but it’s not always easy is it?
I can’t come over and tackle that pile of laundry for you but I can help you carve out some time and space for yourself before you go to bed on a Sunday, to help you to properly wind down with gentle stretches and yoga nidra meditation and help you get everything out of your head and into your journal before you go to sleep. Helping you to clear the way for a more peaceful nights sleep.
