FREE Restorative Yoga Class

Come and join us for a deeply relaxing Restorative Yoga Class to help you move gently into the New Year. Gather your cushions, pillows and blankets and prepare a cosy, quiet space to practice. We will gently warm up the body, before settling into 4 different restorative poses and then ending with our signature yoga nidra meditation.

Perhaps you are a nervous beginner or you want to learn to flow more with the natural rhythms of your body or you may be returning to your practice after a break and would like some additional support with your practice.
