- Yoga Asana to correspond with a specific Menopause related theme each week. e.g. Hot Flushes, Anxiety & Overwhelm, Low Mood, Stress & Fatigue and more…
- Restorative Poses and/or Meditation to finish.
- Time to journal (after class)- prompts on the Class theme or Free Writing time.
- Recordings are available for 30 days.
- Cameras on or off. Option to chat or not.
- All levels of yogi and Stages of Menopause are welcome.
