- A yoga practice based on the weekly theme. This is broken down into 2-3 videos (over 1 hour of new content each week) so that you can mix and match as the weeks go on to build your own tailored flows or take a shorter or longer flow depending on your needs.
- A bonus Yoga Nidra Meditation each week to use as many times as you wish too.
- A booklet filled with information about the weekly topic, written instructions from some of the class practices, affirmations and journal prompts to help you unpick and process your journey.
- Unlimited email support during the 8 weeks to answer your questions, offer further modifications or practices to support you exactly where you are.
- Over 20 individual Menopause Yoga Practices (at least 1 hour of new videos each week) – mix and match and build the practice that your body needs
- 8 Yoga Nidra Meditations for Deep Rest- use these mulitple times through your week to bring relief from daytime fatigue or help you settle to sleep.
- 8 PDF information booklets with Journal Prompts – to deepen your connection to yourself on this journey of change and transformation.

I did the class twice, once on my mat and the second time in bed (I sat on the side of the bed for the sitting, and got out & stood on my sheepskin for the standing poses) that felt really good, like it was something I could do that’s great for my body before I ever get out of bed.
